All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods. jl79 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, except where jl79 determines that fraud or abuse has occurred.

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round, jl79 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. jl79 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify jl79 support within 72 hours of the disputed game round. jl79 will investigate the matter using server-side game logs, which shall be the definitive record of game outcomes. The decision of jl79 following such investigation shall be final and binding.
